Call of Duty 2 Zombie Mode With Guns v2.0 Mod

Call Of Duty 2 nin vazgeçilmez modlarından olan zombi modu BURADAN indirebilirsiniz.

Zombies Gametype V2 for CoD2

Note: on CodFiles, I am called PaulusT (not Paulus)

----------------------------------------------------
COMPATIBLE WITH:
AWE, Worm's Power Server and ecRifles Only.
----------------------------------------------------

v2 final Changes
- Fixed various bugs such as no respawning, left over
objective pointers/compass points and team balance
problems

- Added cvars:
scr_zom_alliesPointsForMoving
scr_zom_axisPointsForMoving
scr_zom_alliesPointsForKilling
scr_zom_axisPointsForKilling

...in place of scr_zom_pointsByMoving

- All strings are now 'localized' (less spam and perhaps
less trouble for linux servers - I heard they can crash
it)

- Gametype Settings Menu is 'in progress' (currently
only game mode is on there - 'Last Man Standing'
or 'Infection')

v2 Changes
- Added 'Last Man Standing' mode
- Everyone starts as human, except for one player
who is a Zombie. When he kills a human, they become
a zombie also.
Eventually, there will only be one human left who,
once killed, becomes the new zombie (although you can
also set the game to randomly choose the next zombie).

Installation for Call of Duty 2
===============================

Please read carefully.

Make sure you delete any old Zombie
installations -
('aaa_Paulus_Zombies.iwd', files in 'Devraw') - and then...

aaaZ*.iwd
This is the full Zombies Gametype with config
files included. Place in your 'main' folder.

If you have an 'fs_game' folder:

Place aaZ*.iwd in your fs_game folder.

EXTRACT the contents of ExtractToFS_GAME.zip
into your fs_game folder, making sure you do NOT
replace files.

To do this using Windows XP:
- Double click on 'ExtractToFS_GAME.zip'
- In the task pane on the left, click
'Extract All Files'
- Find your fs_game folder
- Click 'Extract' and click 'NO'
when it asks you whether you want to
replace files.

To do this in WinRar or WinZip:
- Click 'Extract To' and choose your
fs_game folder
- Start the extraction
- Click 'No' or 'No to all' when it
asks whether you want to replace files

Dragging the files to your fs_game folder will
not work, as Windows asks you if you want to
replace FOLDERS, as opposed to files!

To play Zombies
===============
Before launching Zombies, you may want to execute a config
file so that Zombies plays how you want it to.

Try typing in the console:
/exec zom_weaps.cfg

This will let you play Zombies with weapons.

---OPTIONAL FILES---

__m10.iwd
Place in your main folder (or fs_game folder if
available) to show the 'Gametype Settings' for
Zombies in 'Create Server'.

*.cfg files
Included so you can use them as a base for your
own config files (they are included in aaaZ*.iwd).
Place renamed and modified config files in your
main folder (or fs_game folder if available).

The Gametype
============

('scr_zom_lastManStanding' is 1 by default)

'Last Man Standing Mode'
------------------------------
- Everyone starts as human (Allied), except for one player
who is a Zombie (axis). When he kills a human, they
become a zombie also.
Eventually, there will only be one human left who,
once killed, becomes the new zombie (although you can
also set the game to randomly choose the next zombie).
'scr_zom_randomZombie'

- By default, the Allied players gain points by killing
although this can be changed so that they gain points
by moving:
'scr_zom_pointsByMoving'

- By default, the first zombie has 200% health, but this
be changed:
'scr_zom_healthMultiplier'
(set to 1 for no change)

'Original Gametype Mode'
------------------------------

- Allied players (Zombie Killers) must move (by default) or
kill to gain points.
- Axis players (Zombies) must try and kill a certain number of
Allied players so that they too can become Allied.
- When Allied players die, they will become Zombies.

By default:
- the level is enveloped in a cloud of pitch black fog
- Zombie Killers only have a Zombie Pistol (colt with more ammo).
- The Zombies can only melee Allied players, but they have twice
the health (by default)
- The Zombies can see Allied players on their compasses
and as Objective Points (by default with customisable update
delay times).

The ability to force Allies to move to gain points prevents
camping, which is important when Axis cannot shoot. And, by
the way, you cannot move in small cirlces to gain points -
you must move a certain distance from where you last gained
a point.

The Config Files
================

The config files are included in the full 'aaaZ2.iwd'
Zombies file. You can also place/extract them in your
'main' or 'fs_game' folder.

To execute the config files, use the console or add an
instruction in your shortcut.
For example, to play Zombies like Behind Enemy Lines but
having Allied players moving to gain points use:

/exec 'zom_bel_move.cfg'

...in the console or add...

+exec 'zom_bel_move.cfg'

...to your CoD shortcut.

Of course, all these config files can be customised. Copy one,
rename it and use it as a base. The config files are well
commented so you know what each line does.

'zom_lastman.cfg'
=========
This is the config file containing the default settings, including
last man standing as default.

'zom_orig.cfg'
=========
(This is the old config file with default gametype settings.)
- The map will have thick black fog and russian music.
- Allies have the Zombie Pistol only while Axis players must
melee.
- Axis players must kill 2 Allied players to return to
Allies.
- Axis players are in thirdperson mode.
- Allied players must move to gain points.
- Allied players will appear on Axis compasses and as Objective
Points with no position update delay.
- Starting grenades are overriden to 1 frag and 1 smoke
for axis only.
- Players do not drop weapons.

'zom_alt.cfg'
=============
Basically the same as the above file except:
- Allied players do not show up as Objective Points
(only on compass)
- there is a 2 second position update delay.

'zom_weaps.cfg'
===============
Same as above except
- there is no thirdperson
- Allied players can have one weapon
- Axis players use the Zombie Pistol.
- Axis players have 400% health
- Starting grenades are still overriden to 1 frag and 1 smoke
for Axis only
- players do not drop weapons.

'zom_bel.cfg'
=============
Made to play similar to Behind Enemy Lines:
- There is no custom fog or music.
- Player healths and weapons are normal, although players will
start with the Zombie Pistol instead of the default pistol.
- Axis must kill 3 Allied players to return to Allies.
- Allied players kill to gain points.
- Allied players show on Axis players' compasses with a 2
second position update delay.
- Players DO drop weapons.

'zom_bel_move.cfg'
==================
Same as above except Allied players must move to gain points.
This prevents camping.

Enjoy the gametype!
